【概要】
イノベーションはアイデアから始まるのではなく、好奇心から始まります。異文化チームにおいて「違い」は、摩擦を生むこともあれば、画期的な発想の原動力となることもあります。本セッションでは、好奇心をチームにおける戦略的能力として捉え、多様な視点を実践的なイノベーションへと転換するために、リーダーがどのようなフレームワークを活用できるのかを探ります。実践的なツールやグローバル事例、そして国境を越えたMBAでの経験から得た示唆も共有します。

Ben Hayden-Smith
Ben has done post graduate research in the areas of social entrepreneurship, finance and sustainability. He has a background in management consulting where he worked throughout Asia & Australia on projects including corporate finance, business advisory & change management. He has spent 5 years living & working in Japan where he worked on projects for companies like Kawasaki Heavy Industry & Philips Japan. He has done work in private equity including capital raising for Australian businesses. He is passionate about learning and enjoys being Bond – BBT MBA Program Director at the School of Business.
