マネジングパートナー、ロバートリオナルド・コンサルティング（RLC）。現在、東京を拠点とする人材紹介会社 ロバートリオナルド・コンサルティングにて、広告、マーケティング、モバイルコンテンツ、更に今後成長が期待されるグリーンテクノロジー業界を中心に、バイリンガルの管理職のサーチを手掛けている。

人材紹介以前は、アメリカで国際貿易マネジメント会社を設立。9年間自身の会社を経営し、アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアの各オフィスでの従業員マネジメントの経験を通じて、企業にとっての人材マネジメントの重要性を学ぶ。その後日本で展開する先端テクノロジー・メディアの会社でリーダーシップをとるために、会社を売却して来日。

サンディエゴ生まれのサンディエゴ育ち。カリフォルニア大学サンタバーバラ校で環境学のBAを取得後、カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校でMPIA修了。

Gary Bremermann is the Managing Partner of Robert Leonard Consulting a Tokyo-based recruitment firm that specializes in bilingual professionals across multiple industries and job functions. Gary’s specialization is advertising and marketing, but he loves working with people of all backgrounds to help them find work they love, which he does via his private members-only career development and coaching program, Leadersラボ. Prior to entering the recruitment industry in 2001, Gary founded and sold a California-based trading company and came to Japan to get into the media business covering the .com “boom” of the late 90’s. Gary has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MPIA (International Business focus) from UC San Diego.
