* How being clear on your career objectives and communicating effectively will save you from wasting valuable time.
* How to protect your personal and private information from leaking and having your current employer find out that you’re considering leaving.
* Stories of the unethical things some recruiters do to persuade you to accept a job that may not be in your very best interest.

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Gary’s career has been focused on business in Japan. After founding and exiting an international trading company with offices in LA, Tokyo, and London Gary settled in Tokyo and discovered the wonderful world of recruiting in 2001. Having worked with a coach in the 90’s, Gary became CCF certified in 2007 and added coaching to his practice to further enable him to achieve his life’s mission– to help people find work they LOVE and to help companies build effective teams of talented individuals.?

Gary also founded the organization Beers for Books (http://beersforbooks.org), an organization that helps provide books for children in underdeveloped countries through the organization Room to Read (http://roomtoread.org).
