科目概要
本科目では、コーポレートファイナンスの基礎を包括的に学びます。講義では、ディスカウントキャッシュフローを基礎としたファイナンス理論・企業価値評価・投資分析、リスクとリターンの関係性を考慮したポートフォリオ理論、資本構成と資本コストの分析・算出等を学びながら、株主価値について、広義のコーポレートガバナンスにおける財務管理の役割とともに考えていきます。

Semester Teaching Fellow, Bond Business School
Dr Johnman’s research focuses on quantifying the effectiveness of marketing communications and applying advanced data science techniques to support decision-making across diverse domains such as health, finance, and sports. His work also explores quantitative trading and the use of machine learning and big data analytics to improve organisational outcomes.
