科目概要
成功と持続性を兼ね備えたグローバル企業を率いるリーダーには、異なる国・地域の環境分析や国民性・文化の違い、また実際にビジネスを行う際に起こる問題・事象などについての理解が求められます。そうした能力を身につけるために、リスク軽減や機会獲得のためのテクニックやフレームワークを学びます。また為替レートやサプライチェーンマネジメントなどテクニカルな内容とともに、組織的・文化的な視点からもグローバルビジネスについて考察します。具体的には、多国籍企業の戦略の方向性における経営的役割と構造的インプリケーション、国際的経営の形態と手法、外国直接投資、ジョイントベンチャーのマネジメントなどを扱います。

Anthony Erickson
Assistant Professor (Bond Business School)
Dr. Erickson holds a PhD in Finance and specialises in corporate finance, investment analysis, and financial risk management. His research explores capital markets, valuation, and the impact of financial decision-making on organisational performance. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and brings extensive industry experience to his teaching, integrating practical insights with advanced financial theory at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
