科目概要
今日、イノベーションはあらゆるビジネスの成長の源泉ですが、イノベーションや机上ビジョンを達成するためには、それをブレークダウンした個別のプロジェクトを成功させる必要があります。しかしプロジェクト進行では、複雑に絡みあったさまざまな要素を適切に管理していかなければなりません。本科目ではプロジェクトマネジメント知識体系（PMBOK）ガイドにそって、効果的にプロジェクトを管理するために必要なキーファクターやスコープ、スケジュール・コスト・リスク管理の手法などを学んでいきます。
