科目概要
本科目では、実際のビジネスにおいて求められるコミュニケーションスキルおよび構成について学びます。クラスでは、学術的理論・研究成果とケーススタディ分析などを用いて、いわゆる上位の思考技術、ピア・エンゲージメント、インターパーソナルコンフィデンス、また異文化環境特有の問題やイディオムの異なる英語の理解などに取り組みます。とくにプロフェッショナルに求められる能力という視点からビジネスリサーチ、ライティング、対人折衝能力の開発に焦点を当てています。

Dr. Lydster holds a PhD in Finance and specialises in corporate finance, investment strategies, and financial markets. His research focuses on capital structure, risk management, and the impact of financial decision-making on organisational performance. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and integrates practical industry insights with advanced financial theory in his teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
