科目概要
本科目では、起業家・企業家としてのマネジメント・成長という視点からビジネスを行ううえでの問題点と機会について考察し、起業や大規模プロジェクトのビジネスプランニングへの応用を目指します。学生は、コンセプトやフレームワークに関する文献調査などを行いながら、ビジネスチャンスの探索、ビジネスプラン(前半部分)の策定、ビジネスプラン完成までに必要なプロセス(後半部分)のアウトラインをグループで作成します。
そうして、ビジネスの規模や形態を問わず起業家・企業家としてビジネスプランをマネジメントするために必要なプロセスや問題点・課題を学びます。

Brigid Davey-Skelton
Brigid Davey-Skelton is an Adjunct Lecturer and Transformer Coach, bringing deep industry experience into the classroom and helping students move beyond theory to design, validate and scale commercially viable businesses.
With a background spanning start-ups, ASX-listed organisations, and small to medium enterprises, Brigid is passionate about business growth, execution excellence and long-term market sustainability.
She has a long-standing track record supporting Transformer students and founders, working closely with them to refine business models, develop go-to-market strategies, undertake meaningful market research, and pitch effectively to investors, partners and key stakeholders. Brigid is particularly recognised for her expertise in pitch coaching, guiding students to clearly articulate value propositions, traction and execution plans with confidence.
A Lead Educator for Business Model Generation and Business Model Execution subjects, Brigid is actively embedded in the Business School’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Her teaching approach is practical, execution-focused and commercially grounded, equipping students with the skills and mindset required to turn ideas into scalable, real-world ventures.
Brigid holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing, CPM accreditation, an MBA, Company Directorship qualifications, and university teaching credentials, ensuring her applied learning approach combines creative problem-solving with proven, actionable frameworks that prepare students for careers in business, startups and leadership.
